Luxe. BD was engaged to design the interior fit-out of a hospitality space located in Burwood.

Interior design and documentation through to furniture selection and placement was completed for this upcoming restaurant/cafe.

Seating approximately 85 patrons inside and 30 patrons outdoor achieved the brief whilst maintaining the preset budget allocation.

Our team sought the approval for the 'change of use' through our trusted Private Certifying Authority (PCA), ensuring the Client was engaged at the critical stages as the Complying Development Consent was granted.
